CROSS TRUST has organized self-help groups among the women, youth, landless labourers and marginal farmers to work for their own development. The process of collective participation and action by the marginalized group help them gain due socio-economic rights.
Women SHGs :
As a routine activity the women from our working villages continued to work under the banner of SHGs. At present 30 SHGs are operating. The women improved their credit base. The significant improvement was that over 36 women got self employment our of the credit provided through the SHGs
